Harlow Boxing Club

Harlow Amateur Boxing Club is based in Momples Road, Harlow and is open to both male and female boxers from age 10 years onwards.

There is no joining fee or membership at Harlow Boxing Club, you just turn up and pay for your training session. The club is open Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays for adults, and on Thursdays for Juniors. 

At Harlow Boxing Club, we see boxing as a skill of sport & fitness and welcome juniors and seniors to train for competitive boxing or, alternatively, non-contact, advanced physical fitness.

We DO NOT force any club member to box competitively. However, for those who are good enough and wish to compete at a competitive level, there is the opportunity including entry into National ChampionshipsCoaches at Harlow Amateur Boxing Club specialise in technique training, focusing on a wide range of skills from the basic stance to advanced combination and counter combination moves. For every punch, we teach many variations of defence.

Amateur boxing is a healthy, well-regulated sport. The sport has an excellent safety record and the welfare of boxers is one of great significance to us at Harlow ABC.

Thursday 7:00pm - 8:30pm 10yrs - 14yrs Junior Session

Friday: 7.00pm - 8:30pm Men/ Women Senior Session
