Harlow Athletic Club which was established in 1961, are based at Mark Hall Sports Centre in Harlow, where they train every Tuesday, Tuesday and Sunday.

Club competition is divided into age groups and open from aged 11 and above. Although the club have some athletes competing at National and International level, their intention is to provide a community sports facility for all where athletic development is tailored towards personal ambition and ability.

During the summer season, Harlow AC Men compete in Southern League Division 3N, the Women in Southern League Division 2N, and the Juniors in the Eastern Young Athletes League. During the winter months the club competes in the Essex XC League.

Harlow Athletic Club is always looking for new members to strengthen their youth, mens and womens teams. So if you are a committed athlete or just looking for a way to keep fit, Harlow AC provides excellent facilities to develop or perfect your athletic skills.
